A Rainy Afternoon

A gray, rainy afternoon with Essie, my convenient live in canine model.

October was a very busy month for me and a lot of that has to do with the recently formed relationship between Willow Creek North Shore and J. Winter Productions. Working with Willow has been a great experience and I look forward to future projects with them.

My first project with Willow was to document an average Sunday in a fresh and way that wasn't staged or stale. Below are some images from that Sunday.

Lend Lease Community Day

I have been doing free lance photo and video work for Lend Lease for about a year and a half, thanks to Jessica, a good friend from college and a Lend Lease employee. Through my projects, primarily for Lend Lease Foundation, I've learned a great deal about this company and their dedication to international and community volunteer work. I was honored to document their Community Day in Chicago where employees worked on planting a garden on the west side of the city. Fun people, hard work and a wonderful cause.

I am super late in posting these images, but better late than never! This past summer in Charlevoix my mom and I stumbled across what appeared to be a boat graveyard while we were looking for the recycling drop off. I came back a few days later with my brother, RJ, and my camera to capture this resting place for former Great Lakes vessels. Haunting yet peaceful - a true graveyard.
